Windows Mobile® Device Native Synchronization Server
Windows Mobile devices support the Exchange ActiveSync protocol (EAS) for direct over-the-air network synchronization of PIM data and e-mail with a Microsoft Exchange server. Native Synchronization Server (NSS) features a server implementation of the EAS protocol. It is designed for easy integration with groupware server products and web PIM services, allowing those products and services to support native, direct synchronization with Windows Mobile devices.
